OVEN RICE 
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tbsp. bouillon, chicken or beef
1 c. regular rice
2 c. water

Melt butter and cook onion until clear in color. Add water and bouillon. When water is boiling, add rice. When it comes to a boil again, put the lid on and bake in a hot oven, 350 to 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
