8 c. grated zucchini
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. parsley
1 c. chopped onion
3 eggs
1 c. Bisquick
1 c. grated cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Mix together and put into a greased and floured 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees approximately 1 1/2 hours, until set. To cut in half, use 2 small eggs and an 8 x 8 inch dish. Bake 1 hour. (Use whatever kind of cheese you have on hand.)
