1 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. butter
2 eggs
1 3/4 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. applesauce
1 c. rolled oats
1 c. raisins

Beat together sugar, butter, and eggs well and fluffy. Stir together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg; stir into beaten mixture. Add applesauce, oats, and raisins.

Drop by spoonful onto greased sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Cool completely. Makes 3 dozen.
