CHOCOLATE CHIP CHEESECAKE 
1 1/2 c. finely crushed creme-filled chocolate sandwich cookies (approx. 18 cookies)
3 tbsp. butter, melted
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can condensed milk
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. mini chocolate chips
1 tsp. flour

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Combine crushed cookies and butter; press firmly on bottom of 9 inch Springform pan. In large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well. In small bowl, toss together 1/2 cup chips with flour to coat; stir into cheese mixture. Pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle remaining chips evenly over top. Bake 55 to 60 minutes or until set. Cool. Chill thoroughly. Store in refrigerator.
