CHOCOLATE BON BON COOKIES 
1 c. peanut butter
1 c. nuts, chopped
1 tbsp. butter
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. dates, chopped
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
2 sqs. bittersweet chocolate
1 inch sq. Paraffin wax

Mix together the first 5 ingreidents and form into 1 inch balls. Melt chips, chocolate squares and wax in double boiler over hot, not boiling water. Dip balls into mixture and set on wax paper to harden. Sprinkle colored sprinkles for decoration. Refrigerate. Makes 85 bon bons.
