1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 (3.4 oz.) instant vanilla pudding
3 1/2 c. milk
12 oz. Cool Whip
large pkg. Oreo cookies

Cream together butter, confectioners' sugar and cream cheese. Mix together pudding, milk and Cool Whip. Add to the cream cheese mixture.

Crush Oreo cookies (or use Oreo chocolate cookie crumbs, Nabisco 15 ounce box).

Put plastic wrap or tinfoil in bottom of a CLEAN plastic flower pot. Layer crumbs and pudding, starting with crumbs. Make 3 layers of crumbs and 2 layers of pudding. Insert gummy worms and an artificial flower. Chill. Use a small gardening shovel to serve!
