PEACH BAVARIAN 
1 can (29 oz.) sliced peaches
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. boiling water
1/4 tsp. almond extract
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese softened
2 c. Cool Whip

Drain peaches. Reserve 1/3 cup of syrup. Dissolve Jello and sugar in boiling water. Add the reserved syrup. Chill until slightly thickened. Blend almond extract and cream cheese, then mix in Cool Whip, gradually add gelatin. Fold in peaches. Pour in 9 x 13 glass dish. Chill until firm. Can substitute Jello and fruit to coincide together (lime Jello with pears, orange Jello with mandarin oranges, etc.)
