TOP-OF-THE-MORNING PANCAKES 
1 (8 1/2 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
1/4 c. whole bran cereal
1/2 tsp. apple pie spice
4 slightly beaten egg whites
3/4 c. skim milk

In a medium bowl, stir together muffin mix, cereal and spice. In a small bowl, combine egg whites and milk. Add all at once to muffin mixture, stirring until blended. Cook on a hot, lightly oiled griddle. Makes two servings.
