CHEESE BREAD MIX 
1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 lb. Romano cheese, grated
1 3/4 lb. soft butter
1 1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. paprika

Leave cheese at room temperature for several hours. Grate or grind both cheeses. Mix all ingredients with electric mixer. This makes 2 quarts mix; can be refrigerated or kept in freezer.

Spread thickly on thick slices of French bread and broil until brown and bubbly!
