HOT VEGETABLE DIP | |
1/2 c. sour cream 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 (3 oz.) pkg. wafered beef 1/4 c. chopped green pepper 2 tbsp. dried onion flakes 2 tbsp. milk 1/4 tsp. ground pepper 1/4 tsp. garlic salt 1/2 c. chopped pecans 1/2 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. butter Mix together first 8 ingredients until smooth. In saucepan, saute pecans in butter and salt until slightly browner. Put cream cheese mixture in a small glass casserole and top with pecan mixture. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. Serve with raw vegetables. Makes about 3 cups. |
