CREAMED CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 med. head cabbage
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. butter
2 c. milk
1 c. shredded cheese
1 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
1/4 c. nuts
Bread crumbs

Shred cabbage; boil with a little water for 7 minutes; drain. Mix cornstarch, butter and milk. Arrange alternate layers of cabbage, cheese, nuts and sauce in 9x13 inch pan. Sprinkle with crumbs. Bake 15-20 minutes at 400 degrees. Serves 6-8.
