TACO CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (1 3/4 oz.) envelope taco seasoning
2 1/2 c. corn chips
1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Brown meat in microwave. Drain, add remaining ingredients, except corn chips and cheese. Spoon meat mixture over 2 cups corn chips in 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Cook in microwave, 5 minutes or until heated through. Crush remaining corn chips. Sprinkle on the top of casserole, add cheese. Heat until cheese is melted. Serves 4 to 6.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
