HAMBURGER HARVEST CASSEROLE 
2 c. peeled and thinly sliced, potatoes
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. minced onion
1 lb. ground beef, browned
1 box frozen cut corn, thawed to separate
1 box frozen lima beans, thawed to separate
1 green pepper, sliced
1 (20 oz.) can tomatoes or tomato sauce
1 1/2 c. grated American cheese

Layer ingredients in a casserole in order given. Add a little pepper. Bake at 325 degrees until potatoes are cooked about 1 1/2 hours.
