SPICY GLAZED CHICKEN 
1 bottle (8 oz.) Wishbone Russian dressing
1 env. Lipton onion soup mix
1 jar (12 oz.) apricot preserves
2 1/2-3 lb. chicken, cut into serving pieces

In small bowl, combine Wishbone Russian dressing, Lipton onion soup mix and preserves. Makes about 2 1/4 cups.

Grill or broil chicken basting frequently with half the glaze mixture during the last 30 minutes of cooking. (Chicken may also be baked in oven at 350 degrees.) Makes about 4 servings. Cover and refrigerate remaining glaze, also delicious on spareribs, chops, ham steaks and frankfurters. May be served with rice.
