HOT SAUSAGE SAUCE 
1 lg. can tomato sauce
1 med. can tomato paste
Dash of garlic salt (to your liking)
Basil
2 to 3 green peppers
3 jalapeno (hot) peppers, cut up
2 lg. onions, cut up

Combine all ingredients and cook over medium heat for 2 hours. To add sausage, fry it the day before and let it set in the sauce overnight, then bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. This freezes well.
