NO - KNEAD CRESCENT ROLLS 
1 pkg. dry yeast
3 tbsp. warm water
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. warm water
2 eggs
4 c. flour
1/2 c. butter

Dissolve yeast in 3 tablespoons water and set aside. Mix salt, sugar and flour together well. Add eggs, water and butter. Stir well. Add yeast mixture and stir well; do not knead. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.

Divide dough in 3 parts. Roll each ball into a circle. Brush with butter. Cut each circle in 8 wedges like pie. Roll each wedge beginning at wide end shape like crescent rolls. Let rise 3 hours. Bake at 400 degrees for 5-10 minutes.
