NO KNEAD - NO FAIL ROLLS 
2 c. all-purpose flour
2 pkg. dry yeast
1 c. milk
3/4 c. water
1/2 c. cooking oil
1/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. salt
2 1/2-3 c. whole wheat or regular flour

Stir together all-purpose flour and dry yeast. Heat milk water, cooking oil, sugar and salt until very warm. Add all at once to the flour mixture. Beat at medium speed of mixture for 2 minutes. Stir in by hand whole wheat or regular flour to make a soft dough. Cover bowl and let stand on counter 15 minutes.

Shape into balls and place on a greased pan. Cover and let rise 30 minutes in a warm place. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-18 minutes. Makes 18 large rolls. (Do not change any of the times in the recipe. Follow precisely, you'll have delicious results!)
