NO KNEAD BREAD OR ROLLS 
3 c. warm water
1 pkg. dry yeast
6 c. flour (5 c. whole wheat, 1 c. white)
1/4 c. honey
1 egg

Combine 1/2 cup warm water and yeast; let rise 5 minutes. Add the 2 1/2 cups remaining warm water, egg and honey. Beat with mixer 5 minutes. Add flour. Drop in spoonfuls into muffin tins or two loaf pans. Let rise 45 minutes or until doubled. Bake 40-45 minutes at 375 degrees for bread, 20-25 minutes at 375 degrees for rolls.
