EGG CHEESE BRUNCH 
8 slices bread
1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
1/2 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
6 eggs
1 tsp. dry mustard
4 c. milk

Place slices of bread in bottom of a 9"x13" pan. Sprinkle both cheese on top of bread. Mix remaining ingredients together and pour on top of bread and cheese. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

NOTE: This is a great dish to prepare the night before a busy holiday. Just one dish to wash the next morning.
