TOMATO PRESERVES 
4 c. tomatoes, cut in chunks
1 pkg. Sure-Jel
1 big lemon, cut in chunks, peel and all
6 c. sugar

Cook tomatoes, Sure-Jel, and lemon to boiling and then add sugar, stirring constantly. Bring to full boil and boil for at least 3 minutes. Place in containers and put in freezer.
