PIZZA 
1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
OR:
1 1/4 c. of self-rising flour

2 tbsp. cooking oil 1/2 c. milk 1 egg

Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup, level off. Combine all ingredient sin medium bowl. Stir until blended, about 40 to 50 strokes. Spread batter on bottom and sides of pan. Lightly grease bottom and sides of 13 x 9 inch or 12 inch round pizza pan. Bake in preheated oven at 400 degrees.

BEEF 'N CHEESE FILLING:

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. powdered onion
1 can tomato paste plus 1/2 can water
1 tsp. oregano
1 c. shredded sharp American cheddar/as much as desired of Parmesan & Mozzarella

In large pan, lightly brown ground beef; drain. Stir in remaining ingredients; simmer 1 minute; spoon over crust. Spread 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese over filling, sprinkle Parmesan and Mozzarella over that. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes until filling is hot and bubbly. Do not bake crust until filling has been added.
