1 c. lard
1 egg
1 c. molasses or sorghum
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sour milk
1/_____ tsp. each of cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg and allspice
3 tsp. baking soda in flour to make a stiff dough

Bake in hot oven. Roll out.
