ALMOND JOY CAKE 
1 Duncan Hines fudge cake mix
1 (12 oz.) can Carnation milk
2 1/2 c. sugar
24 to 25 lg. marshmallows
14 oz. bag coconut
1 stick butter
12 oz. bag chocolate chips
3 oz. bag almonds

Bake as directed (add little extra sugar and oil). In saucepan, combine 1 cup Carnation and 1 cup sugar. Bring to a rapid boil. Quickly remove from heat and add 24 to 25 large marshmallows. Stir until melted. Add 14 ounce bag coconut. Stir and pour on cake. In saucepan, combine 1 1/2 cups sugar and 1/2 Carnation milk. Bring to a boil. Take off and add 1 stick butter and 12 ounce bag chocolate chips. Melt all items. Pour over cake. Top with 3 ounce bag sliced almonds. Chill 2 hours before serving.
