BUSY DAY CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 or 2 cans corn, or any vegetable you like
1 lg. pkg. frozen hash browns
1 can mushroom pieces
2 cans creamed soup (mushroom, celery or chicken)
1 soup can of milk

Spray 9 x 13 inch pan with nonstick spray. Put meat in bottom, then add onions, vegetables, mushrooms and hashbrowns. Thin soup with 1 can of milk and pour over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until meat is done. Sprinkle grated Cheddar cheese over top and return to oven until cheese is melted.
