BUTTER SCOTCH ROLLED COOKIES 
2 2/3 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 c. butter
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Mix sugar, salt, and butter thoroughly in large bowl. Beat eggs and vanilla into mixture until light and fluffy. Sift together flour, baking powder, soda, and cinnamon. Mix together and gradually blend into sugar ingredients. Roll 1/8 inch thick on well floured board. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
