2 pkgs. plain or Mexican-style cornbread mix
2 or 3 green onions, chopped
2 eggs
1 can cream-style corn

Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Using a spoon dipped in water, drop by the spoonfuls into hot grease. Turn as they brown. This may be halved if necessary. If it is too thin, add 1-2 tablespoons of flour.
