KIM'S TUNA LOAF | |
2 cans tuna 2 c. soft bread 3/4 c. milk 1 c. celery, cut fine 1/4 c. diced onion 4 eggs 1 tbsp. ReaLemon juice 1 tsp. salt Heat milk, stir in bread, add all together. Put in greased aluminum foil lined bread tin. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Cool 15 minutes. To halve recipe, use smaller pan or thinner. Do not bake as long. Delicious with mashed potatoes and creamed peas. |
