TUNA LOAF | |
1/4 c. milk 1 egg 1 tsp. raw onion 1/4 c. Cream of Wheat, uncooked 1 can cream of celery soup 1 (6 oz.) can tuna 1/4 tsp. salt Dash of pepper 1 can drained peas Combine milk, egg, onion, and Cream of Wheat. Let stand while mixing tuna, salt, pepper, and peas. Mix the two together. Put in greased loaf pan. Top with saltine cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve with heated cream of celery soup as a sauce. |
