TUNA LOAF | |
2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans tuna, packed in water, drained 1 c. 3-Minute brand oats 1 egg, slightly beaten 3/4 c. chopped celery 1/2 c. skim milk 1/3 c. chopped onion 1/4 tsp. salt 1 tsp. lemon juice Combine all ingredients. Pat mixture into a loaf pan 9 x 5 inches. Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes. |
