CAROLINA COLESLAW 
1 cabbage
1 med. green pepper
1 med. red onion

DRESSING:

1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. celery seed
1 c. vinegar
2/3 c. vegetable oil

Shred cabbage with knife very fine. Combine with chopped onion and pepper. Combine dressing ingredients and bring to boil. Pour over cabbage and toss. Cool, then refrigerate. Enjoy!
