SMOTHERED CHICKEN 
2 1/2 lb. chicken pieces
3 - 4 tbsp. melted butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
Rice or noodles

Dip chicken pieces in melted butter and place in 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Pour soup over chicken. Sprinkle soup mixture over top. Cover. Cook at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve over rice or cooked noodles. Serves 4.
