SHERRY CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1 1/2 pkgs. butterscotch pudding
2 tsp. poppy seeds
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 c. cream sherry

Combine and beat 5 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees.

I use a bundt pan and sprinkle lightly with powdered sugar instead of icing the cake.
