CHEDDAR SPINACH PIE 
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. flour
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked & drained

Toss cheese with flour. Combine eggs, milk and seasonings. Add cheese mixture and spinach. Mix well. Pour into greased 9 inch pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
