PUMPKIN CAKE 
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
4 eggs
3 c. plain flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. milk
2 c. pumpkin
1 c. nuts
1/2 c. raisins

Combine sugar, oil, eggs, and beat well. Sift together dry ingredients and add to above mixture. Blend in milk, pumpkin, nuts and raisins. Bake in 3 layers. Bake 40 minutes at 300 degrees. Cool and frost.

FROSTING:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 box confectioners' sugar
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
