CAKE:

1 pkg. Duncan Hines Delights yellow cake mix
1 (16 oz.) jar applesauce
2 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cloves

FROSTING:

6 oz. light cream cheese, softened
2 tsp. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
Dash salt
5 c. confectioners' sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 2 (8" or 9") round pans.

For cake, empty mix into large bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Mix, bake and cool following package directions.

For frosting, combine cheese, milk, vanilla and salt in large bowl. Beat until creamy. Add sugar slowly. Beat until smooth. Frost cooled cake and refrigerate.
