Olive oil
1 lg. onion
1 green pepper
6 mushrooms
1 lb. ground turkey meat
1 qt. jar your favorite tomato sauce
Spices to taste: pepper, oregano, basil and salt

Saute sliced onions and green pepper until the onions turn clear in the olive oil. Add sliced mushrooms, sprinkle spices over vegetables and stir in ground turkey. Stir every few minutes, sauteing until meat is browned. Add tomato sauce, turn heat low and simmer until hot, stirring occasionally. Serve over pasta.
