CORNBREAD SALAD 
2 - 2 1/2 c. cold corn bread
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 med. onion, chopped
1 c. cheese, diced
1/2 tsp. celery seed
2 med. tomatoes, chopped
1/2 - 1 c. mayonnaise

Cut cornbread into small chunks. In another bowl combine peppers, onion, cheese, tomato and celery seed. Mix mayonnaise in with vegetables and cheese. Toss in cornbread. Garnish as desired. Cover tightly and chill 2 hours. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
