TACO SALAD 
1 lb. hamburg, chopped
1 sm. head lettuce
2 med. tomatoes
1 lg. onion
1 med. green pepper
1 (8 oz.) taco cheese, shredded
1 (8 oz.) bottle Kraft Catalina dressing
1 c. mayonnaise
1 (7 oz.) pkg. nachos

Brown hamburg. Drain fat and cool. Chop lettuce, tomatoes, onions and pepper. Crunch up nachos. Add vegetables, cheese, nachos and hamburg. Mix together. Mix Catalina dressing and mayonnaise. Stir well. Pour over ingredients and stir. Taco sauce to taste. Double ingredients, if more is desired.
