ARTICHOKE CHICKEN 
Use large jar of marinated artichokes. Use the juice and oil and put in bottom of 13x9 inch pan.

1/2 c. plain bread crumbs
1/2 c. grated cheese
2 lbs. chicken cutlets

Dip chicken cutlets in oil or water and then in bread crumb mixture. Place on top of artichokes. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.

Meanwhile mix 1/2 cup of white wine with 1/4 cup oil. Cut up scallions, parsley and garlic and pour over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and cover with shredded Muenster cheese and place back in oven until the cheese is melted.
