ANGEL PIE FILLING 
4 egg yolks, beaten until light color
Grated rind of 1 lemon and 1/2 c. sugar
Juice of 1 lemon plus 1/4 c. hot water

Cook in double boiler; cool and fold in 1/2 pint of whipped cream. Spread into indented area of pie. Cool and serve.

For a Pavlova use 2 cups of fresh raspberries decorated with whipped cream.
