TURKEY MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground raw turkey
1/4 c. buttermilk baking mix
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. garlic
1/8 tsp. ground allspice
1 bottle (12 oz.) chili sauce

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease bottom of jelly pan (14 1/2 x 10 1/4 x 1 inch). Mix ingredients except chili sauce. Shape into about 1 1/2 inch balls. (For ease in shaping wet hands slightly.) Bake until brown 15 to 20 minutes; drain.

Heat chili sauce until hot. Serve with meat balls. 5 servings-4 balls each. 265 calories per serving. Try with Rigatoni and tomatoes, green beans and pineapple crisp.
