DOT'S MACARONI SALAD 
1 (7 oz.) box Creamettes macaroni
1 green pepper, diced
1/2 c. celery, diced
1 lg. tomato, cubed
1/4 c. onion, diced

DRESSING:

1 c. sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1 1/2 tbsp. yellow mustard
2 eggs, slightly beaten

Cook Creamettes according to package directions; drain. Cover with cold water for 5 minutes, then drain once again until they are drained thoroughly. Stir in pepper, celery, onion, and tomato.

Place ingredients for dressing into saucepan and cook over medium heat until thickened (like a white sauce). Let set until cool. Refrigerate over night.
