DOT'S ENCHILADAS 
1 pot of your favorite chili
1 pkg. flour tortillas (10)
2 med. onions, diced
1 pkg. extra sharp cheddar cheese, grated

Make your favorite pot of chili, if too thin thicken with chili powder and flour. I use a 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan or baking dish. Pan brown (very lightly) the flour tortillas one at a time, putting 1/3 cup of chili in the middle and some cheese and onions (use according to your taste) and then roll up lengthwise and put in dish.

Proceed to do all and then put some chili, onions and cheese on top, again according to your taste. Put in oven at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes to just heat through real good! Use as much chili, onions and cheese as your family likes!
