DOT'S MUFFINS | |
1 (15 oz.) box raisin bran 1 c. oil 3 c. sugar 1 qt. buttermilk 3 eggs 3 tsp. baking soda 2 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. salt 5 c. flour Mix raisin bran with buttermilk. Mix flour, soda, baking powder and salt. Beat eggs. Add sugar and oil; mix all together. Fill muffin tins 2/3 full and bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Grease and flour tins. Keeps up to 6 weeks in refrigerator. |
