BROCCOLI MOLD 
1/4 c. plain yogurt or sour cream
1/4 c. cold beef broth
3/4 c. hot beef broth
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. salt
1 env. plain gelatin
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
6 hard cooked eggs, chopped
20 oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked, well drained

Dissolve gelatin in cold beef broth. Combine all ingredients except broccoli and eggs. Mix well. Stir in broccoli and eggs. Turn into 5 cups mold. Chill until firm. Makes 8 servings.
