MEATBALL DINNER 
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. milk
2 slices of bread
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. grated onion
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 cans mushroom soup
2 c. milk
3 c. frozen mixed vegetables

Beat egg, add to milk. Put in broken pieces of bread into milk mixture. Add onion and seasoning to meat. Add milk mixture to meat, mix well. Form into meatballs, roll each ball lightly in flour. Put in fry pan and turn frequently until meat is browned. Remove meat from pan, add mushroom soup and milk, stir until smooth. Add the mixed vegetables that have been cooked just a little and add meatballs. Cover and simmer for about 20 minutes. Serve over mashed potatoes.
