FRIED FISH 
2 c. cornmeal
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Mix above ingredients in brown lunch bag. Shake excess water off fish; put one piece at a time into bag. Shake bag well to coat both sides of fish. Place fish in hot oil and brown on one side. Turn over and brown on other side. Drain on paper towels. Serve while still hot.
