CORN BREAD 
1 c. flour
1 c. yellow cornmeal
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. fresh minced thyme
2 tsp. fresh minced chives
1 1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. corn (or 1 ear)
1 c. plain non fat yogurt
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
3 tbsp. water
1 egg, beaten
Vegetable cooking spray

Mix all ingredients together and spoon into 2 (5" x 2 1/2" x 3") loaf pans coated with spray. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
