COLESLAW 
1 1/2 c. crisp cabbage, shredded
1 small carrot, grated
1 tbsp. water
1 1/2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1 1/2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. celery seed
dash of pepper

Mix together cabbage, green pepper and carrots. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over cabbage.
