TURKEY CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground turkey
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
Salt & pepper
1 tbsp. poppy seed
1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles
1 c. low fat cottage cheese
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. low fat yogurt

Saute turkey, onions and green pepper. After meat is browned, add tomato sauce, salt and pepper. Cook noodles according to package directions, set aside. In bowl mix softened cream cheese, cottage cheese, yogurt and poppy seed.

In casserole dish, layer noodles, meat and cheese mixture. Cover, bake 30 minutes at 375 degrees. Uncover and bake 15 minutes more. Serves 8.
